Attend Your Consultation In-person, or by Phone

Your Practitioner will work with you to devise an individualised treatment protocol that aims to address your current symptoms, while also considering strategies to address the underlying causes of your health concerns and achieving long-term health and vitality. 

We believe healing starts with being seen, heard and supported. That’s why we offer longer, more thoughtful appointments that give you the space to share, reflect, and be seen as a whole person.

STEP THREE

Australia-Wide Delivery or Local Collection

Your practitioner can assist you to place your first order via our Online Client Portal. Once ordered, you can track the status of your delivery right to your door, or pick it up from our Newcastle Dispensary. 

STEP FOUR

Ongoing Care for Lasting Results

Your journey doesn’t end after your first appointment. Follow-up care is an essential part of how we ensure your treatment is working, your progress is recognised, and your protocol evolves as you do. Your first follow up is included as a standard of care. 

Because your health is never static, neither is your care. We’re committed to walking alongside you, every step of the way.

Formulas and Supplements

Our mission is to provide affordable access to natural medicine. All costs and rationale will be discussed during your consultation to ensure you are in agreeance before we proceed. Rest assured, we will only use what is necessary to get a result.

Payment Plans and Compassionate Care

Your wellbeing should never be out of reach. If you’re facing serious financial, medical, or personal hardship, please don’t let that stop you from accessing the support you need. We offer flexible payment plans so you can pay for your consultation in manageable instalments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or in the case of a no-show, there is a cancellation fee of $50. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can call us on 02 4926 1881, or email care@institutebotanica.org.
