How much does the consultation cost?
Initital Consultations are $99 for a 60 minute appointment.
For those needing extra support, our tailored treatment packages offer varying levels of guidance, structure, and accountability, so you can choose the level of care that matches your unique needs and goals. Explore your options here.

How much do your formulas cost?
Our mission is to provide affordable access to natural medicine. Due to regulations, we cannot advertise products or prices.
The cost of your complete protocol will vary depending on your individual circumstances. Rest assured, we will only use what is necessary to get a result and that all costs and rationale will be discussed during your consultation to ensure you are in agreeance before we proceed.
After your consultation, you can view costs and place orders via your Client Portal (or by contacting our Customer Care Team via phone or email).
When do I need to pay for my consultation?
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless there are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from being able to do so.
Your consultation must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Same-day consultations may be available, but require payment upon booking.
Do you offer compassionate care?
Your wellbeing should never be out of reach. If you’re facing serious financial, medical, or personal hardship, please don’t let that stop you from accessing the support you need. We offer flexible payment plans so you can pay for your consultation in manageable instalments.

How do I know which treatment package is right for me?
We offer different levels of support depending on your health needs and desired level of guidance. You’re welcome to call us during office hours to discuss your situation. No appointment is required to speak with our team.
How do I book a consultation?
Booking is simple. Just complete our online application form and one of our team will be in touch to schedule your consultation time. If you’re unsure which package or appointment type is right for you, we’re always happy to guide you before you book.
Is the consultation over the phone or in person?
We offer both telephone and in-person consultations, depending on your location and preference. In-person consultations are available on request at our Newcastle Clinic, however we service clients all over Australia via telephone.
How will you contact me?
Your practitioner will contact you via the phone number listed on your Client Portal. Please ensure your phone accepts private / undisclosed numbers and is nearby with the volume turned up.
Do I need a referral from my Doctor?
While referrals are not required to access our services, we are happy to accept them if you have one.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Ongoing monitoring, treatment adjustments, and practitioner guidance are core components of our care model. We believe consistent follow-up is essential for achieving meaningful, long-term results.
When is my follow up consultation?
Follow up appointments will be scheduled based on your health needs, budget and personal preferences.
Your first follow up appointment is generally scheduled 2-3 weeks after your initial consultation. This helps to ensure your treatment is delivering the results you’re looking for.
You may request additional follow-ups at any time via the Client Portal, or by contacting the Clinic.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $49 fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. Please contact our team on 02 4926 1881 as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
